Una persona è rimasta uccisa da una slavina nella zona di Pointe de la Pierre, a Pila, nel comune di Gressan. L’allarme era stato lanciato alla Centrale unica del soccorso da due testimoni. A causa della scarsa visibilità non è stato possibile un primo intervento in elicottero. I soccorsi stanno quindi avanzando via terra con squadre del Soccorso alpino valdostano, Sagf, due unità cinofile e il supporto di un gatto delle nevi messo a disposizione dalla società di gestione delle piste.
