Why Narcissists Are Terrified When You Stop Caring.Today I’m looking at a question that comes up a lot when people are dealing with narcissistic behavior: why does a narcissist seem so unsettled when you stop caring? Why can you ignore them for a while and suddenly they become more interested in you? Why does your silence seem to bother them more than your anger? And why, when you finally stop reacting, does the whole relationship sometimes seem to change?
So, in this video, I’ll be looking at ten reasons why a person with strong narcissistic traits may react so strongly when they realize they no longer have the same emotional hold over you. I’m focusing on behaviors that can actually be observed in relationships. And, as always, having some of these traits does not by itself mean someone has narcissistic personality disorder. What matters is the larger pattern.
