Hakim Konstitusi, Guntur Hamzah, menyampaikan hal tersebut dalam sidang uji materi Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi, Selasa (23/9).
“Bagaimana warga masyarakat ini yang memiliki data pribadi ini bisa mengetahui bahwa itu yang di sana, di luar negeri itu, memiliki tingkat perlindungan data pribadi yang setara atau lebih tinggi,” ujar Guntur dalam sidang di Gedung MK. (TribunVideo.com)
