"Just Have Fun" — Haley Adams Talks Balancing Life and CrossFit
After taking time off from the sport, Haley Adams stormed back on to the scene last year, qualifying for the CrossFit Games and finishing in fifth place.“At this point in my career, I just want to enjoy what I’m doing,” Adams says. “I can still work really hard and enjoy what I do, but also be a good athlete and be a good person.”
Adams has qualified for the CrossFit Games as an Individual five times, and has never finished lower than ninth place.
Adams motto this year? “Just have fun.”
