Kedua tersangka baru itu adalah Maya Kusmaya selaku Direktur Pemasaran Pusat dan Niaga PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, serta Edward Corne selaku VP Trading Operations PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.Adapun peran keduanya tersangka yakni membeli RON 90 atau lebih rendah dengan harga RON 92, membayar impor produk kilang dengan harga tinggi, mengetahui dan menyetujui adanya mark up kontrak pengiriman.
Maya juga memerintahkan Edward untuk mencampur RON 88 dengan RON 92 di terminal PT Orbit Terminal Merak milik Kerry Riza dan Gading, yang kemudian dijual seharga RON 92.
Pada Senin (24/02/2025), Kejagung telah menetapkan empat pejabat Sub Holding PT Pertamina dan tiga orang pihak swasta sebagai tersangka.
Mereka diduga bermufakat jahat dalam pengadaan impor minyak mentah dan produk kilang PT Pertamina. Selain itu, diduga ada tindakan pengoplosan BBM dalam pengadaan impor tersebut.
