The Engineering End Goal: Her previous role focused narrowly on delivery ("how soon to deliver it?").
The Product Mindset (The "Why"): The PM role was about deep-diving onto what problem is being solved and validating if the solution was truly necessary. She realized a "glossy" product is useless if the customer isn't using it.
IPL's Core Impact: The course forced her to change her thought process from focusing on solutions and implementation to focusing on the initial 'Why' asking, "Why are we solving this? Is it really a problem?

Patience and Humility: The PM role requires you to be very patient and makes you humble due to constant connection with diverse teams.
Embrace the Reset: If you are transitioning mid-career (e.g., from a Senior Engineer), you must be prepared to "go from a zero" in the management track of the Product Management career path.
Keep Learning: Continuous professional development is key to navigating varied role expectations across different companies.
