Währenddessen besucht Olaf Kosert Bauernhöfe in Brandenburg, wie das nachhaltig wirtschaftende Gut Kerkow, und entdeckt beim Vertical Farming neue Wege der Landwirtschaft. Aus frischen, regionalen Zutaten zaubert er einfache Gerichte – und gemeinsam mit Jaele bereitet er auf dem Markt eine orientalische Tajine zu. Zwischen Marktständen, Messer-Schleifern und internationalen Spezialitäten entsteht so ein authentisches Bild davon, wie vielfältig Berlin und Brandenburg schmecken.
