Rampant corruption in Afghanistan

Over the last two decades, many international organizations funneled money to help rebuild Afghanistan. But according to reports, a good chunk of it never made it to the Afghan people. Mohammad Hamdam, who worked with the UN in Afghanistan and was also a Senior Adviser to President Ashraf Ghani, talks about corruption and accountability.
