Persidangan ini digelar di Pengadilan Negeri Tipikor Jakarta.
Ari menyatakan alasannya keluar dari ruang persidangan karena saksi yang harusnya hadir yaitu eks Menteri BUMN Rini Sumarmo, tidak hadir padahal sudah dijadwalkan oleh Jaksa Penuntut Umum.
Namun, meskipun tidak hadir, berita acara pemeriksaan tetap diperbolehkan oleh Majelis Hakim.
Menurut Ari, hal ini menjadi sia-sia saja bagi pihak kuasa hukum Tom Lembong karena tidak adanya saksi yang harusnya menjawab pertanyaan dalam persidangan. (TribunVideo.com)
