Trinkwasser für die Zukunft: die aufwendige Modernisierung einer Quelle | BR24 vor Ort

Wasser ist Leben und wird immer weniger: Selbst im vergleichsweise regenreichen Allgäu sinken die Pegelstände, liefern Quellen weniger Wasser. Um auch in Zukunft genügend Wasser für die Bevölkerung zu haben, modernisieren Gemeinden ihre alten Trinkwasserquellen. Ein Riesenaufwand – nicht nur finanziell – denn auf der Baustelle muss absolut sauber gearbeitet werden. Deshalb wird sogar die Baggerschaufel regelmäßig desinfiziert. Fast ein halbes Jahr lang haben wir die Arbeiten an der Quelle Neumühle bei Altusried im Oberallgäu begleitet.
