Hasan Nasbi: Pemerintah Dukung Kejagung Berantas Korupsi di Pertamina
KOMPAS.TV - Pemerintah menyerahkan sepenuhnya kasus korupsi di tubuh Pertamina ke penegak hukum.Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral, Bahlil Lahadalia, telah menerjunkan tim untuk memastikan kualitas Pertamax yang dijual Pertamina.
Kejaksaan Agung menetapkan dua orang tersangka baru terkait dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah di PT Pertamina pada 2018 hingga 2023.
Dua tersangka baru yang ditetapkan diduga berperan untuk melakukan pengoplosan RON 88 dengan RON 92 untuk menghasilkan BBM RON 92 atau Pertamax.
Artinya, hingga saat ini total ada 9 tersangka yang telah ditetapkan, di mana 6 di antaranya adalah petinggi di Pertamina.
Kepala Komunikasi Kepresidenan RI, Hasan Nasbi, menyatakan pemerintah menyerahkan sepenuhnya kasus korupsi di tubuh Pertamina ke penegak hukum sebagai bagian dari pemberantasan korupsi yang dicanangkan Presiden Prabowo Subianto.
Sementara itu, Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral, Bahlil Lahadalia, menerjunkan tim untuk memastikan kualitas Pertamax yang dijual Pertamina, meskipun selam ini menurutnya kualitas Pertamax yang dijual Pertamina telah sesuai dengan kualifikasinya.
Sebelumnya, Kejaksaan Agung menggeledah sebuah gudang di Cilegon dan sebuah rumah di Panglima Polim, Jakarta Selatan.
Penggeledahan gudang dilakukan karena diduga digunakan sebagai penyimpanan Pertamax RON 92 hasil blending. Selain gudang, Kejaksaan juga menggeledah rumah milik Kerry Adrianto Riza, salah seorang tersangka korupsi minyak mentah Pertamina.
Hingga kini, total ada sembilan orang yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka. Jaksa Agung menyebut kerugian negara dalam korupsi Pertamina mencapai 193,7 triliun rupiah untuk satu tahun. Sementara itu, korupsi tersebut telah berjalan selama lima tahun.
