Rapat itu digelar sekitar pukul 10.30 WIB di Kompleks Parlemen, Senayan, Jakarta, Senin (8/9/2025).
Selama kurang lebih tiga jam, Budi dan DPR membahas rencana kerja dan anggaran (RKA) Kementerian Koperasi pada 2026 sekaligus perkembangan program Koperasi Desa Kelurahan Merah Putih.
Budi bahkan sempat mengusulkan tambahan anggaran untuk program tersebut sebesar Rp 7,85 triliun.
Namun, anggota Komisi VI, Darmadi menilai program Koperasi Merah Putih belum sepenuhnya siap.
Hal ini bisa dilihat dari awal peresmian sudah ada yang tutup.
"Itu kan buat malu Pak. Itu kan memalukan lho Pak. Ditanya kenapa tutup, jawabnya enggak ada modal," kata Darmadi.
Kritik serupa juga muncul dari sejumlah anggota DPR lainnya saat rapat.
Sementara itu, Prabowo melantik Ferry Juliantono sebagai Menteri Koperasi untuk menggantikan Budi Arie.
Sementara itu, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) anjlok 1 persen lebih setelah Presiden Prabowo Subianto melakukan reshuffle atau perombakan Kabinet Merah Putih, Senin (8/9/2025) sore.
IHSG hari ini turun 100,49 poin (1,28 persen) ke level 7.766,84.
Dikutip dari Tribunnews, IHSG masih berada di zona hijau sebelum reshuffle kabinet.
Namun, mulai merah setelah adanya kepastian pergantian menteri.
Tercatat, indeks bergerak pada kisaran 7.766 hingga 7.934.
Sebanyak 252 saham menguat, 463 saham melemah, dan 241 saham tak mengalami perubahan harga.
Adapun dalam reshuffle kabinet sore ini, Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani digantikan Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa.
Ia dikenal sebagai ekonom senior yang juga menjabat Ketua Dewan Komisioner Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS).
Selain Sri Mulyani, sejumlah menteri lainnya juga diganti.
Anggota DPR Fraksi Golkar Mukhtarudin menggantikan Abdul Kadir Karding sebagai Menteri Perlindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia.
Kemudian, Ferry Juliantono yang sebelumnya menjabat Wamen Koperasi dilantik menggantikan Budi Arie Setiadi sebagai Menteri Koperasi.
Selanjutnya, menteri keempat yang dilantik adalah Irfan Yusuf sebagai Menteri Haji dan Umrah.
Gus Irfan sebelumnya menjabat Kepala Badan Penyelenggara Haji dan Umrah.
Sementara itu, satu wamen yang dilantik adalah Dahnil Anzar Simanjuntak.
