Sebelumnya, pernikahan mereka ramai dibicarakan publik karena mahar yang fantastis — cek senilai Rp3 miliar dan sejumlah barang mewah. Namun, tak lama setelah menikah, muncul isu bahwa Tarman memberikan cek palsu dan kabur dari sang istri.
Menanggapi tudingan itu, Tarman menegaskan bahwa kabar tersebut tidak benar. Ia menyebut saat ini sedang berbulan madu dengan Shela dan memastikan cek yang diberikan adalah asli.
“Itu kurang benar. Yang tahu sebenarnya ya istri saya,” kata Tarman, dikutip dari akun Instagram andreli48.
Ia juga mengaku memiliki uang miliaran rupiah dan bekerja di bidang swasta. “Saya swasta, ikut proyek saya sendiri,” ujarnya.
Bahkan, Tarman berencana membangun pabrik rokok dalam waktu dekat. “Ya betul, baru mau bangun,” tambahnya.
Sementara itu, ibu Shela, Kana Kumalasari, meminta masyarakat berhenti menyebar kabar bohong. “Kalau belum tahu berita sebenarnya, stop. Jangan sok tahu dan jangan bikin berita hoaks,” tegasnya.
