4 IUP Dicabut di Raja Ampat, Menteri LH Sebut Ada Potensi Pidana
Menteri Lingkungan Hidup Hanif Faisol mengungkap adanya potensi pidana terhadap 4 perusahaan tambang nikel di Raja Ampat, Papua Barat Daya yang izinnya sudah dicabut pemerintah.Hanif Faisol menyebut pihaknya tidak akan melakukan pengawasan di seluruh wilayah, khususnya di Raja Ampat.
Ia meminta perusahaan yang melakukan pencemaran lingkungan di Raja Ampat tersebut harus juga bertanggung jawab dengan melakukan pemulihan kerusakan wilayah.
Hal ini disampaikan usai konfersi pers bersama Menteri ESDM dan Menteri Perhutanan/ di Kantor Kepresidenan, Senin siang.
