Penuh Perjuangan! Warga Banyuwangi Nekat Seberangi Banjir Lahar Semeru

LUMAJANG, KOMPAS.TV - Rombongan warga asal Kabupaten Banyuwangi tampak kebingungan saat hendak melintasi area banjir lahar Gunung Semeru di Lumajang, Jawa Timur.

Mereka hendak pulang setelah sempat menginap di Dusun Sumberlangsep, Desa Jugosari, sambil menunggu banjir lahar surut.

Namun karena banjir tak kunjung reda, warga terpaksa berjibaku menyeberangi sungai. Seorang pria bahkan terlihat menggendong istrinya demi memastikan keselamatannya.

Akses warga semakin sulit karena jembatan yang biasa digunakan untuk keluar masuk Desa Jugosari kini terendam banjir lahar.
