Điểm nóng xung đột: Tên lửa phòng không sắp cập bến,Ukraine bắt đầu được giải cơn khát đạn pháoBộ Quốc phòng Estonia tuyên bố sẽ chuyển giao các hệ thống tên lửa vác vai Mistral cho Ukraine “nhằm tăng cường khả năng phòng không của quân đội Kiev”. Trang Mil.in.ua dẫn thông cáo từ Bộ Quốc phòng Estonia viết rằng, số lượng tên lửa Mistral nước này chuyển giao cho Ukraine sẽ không được công khai bởi nhiều lý do an ninh.
“Ukraine có nhu cầu cấp thiết về phòng không để ngăn chặn các cuộc tấn công từ Nga. Chúng tôi đã chuẩn bị gói viện trợ theo cách mà phía Ukraine sẽ hưởng lợi nhiều nhất có thể, đồng thời không gây tổn hại cho khả năng chiến đấu của Lực lượng phòng vệ Estonia”, một đoạn trong thông cáo viết. Theo Mil.in.ua, khí tài Mistral được Estonia chuyển cho Ukraine trong thời gian tới là loại tên lửa phòng không tầm ngắn được Tập đoàn MBDA France chế tạo vào thập niên 1980, và được đưa vào trang bị trong quân đội Pháp từ năm 1989.
