He started his talk with a question ' what is Startup ', then he introduce 3 full forms of SHA, ROFR and ROFO. And also said that one should not make this mistake of not learning the startup terms before Startup, he said, he came across many new words everyday at his Time of startup. He also talked about which generally is not talked about at the time of Startup :• Should HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF EACH ASPECTS LIKE: strategy, finances, management, administrations, and hiring ext. He said that it is not necessary that you should have expert knowledge about all things but at least basic ideas about all things should be there, which makes it easier for you to build startups.
• SIMPLEST IDEAS CAN BE THE BRIGHTEST ONE
On the other hand, it is not necessary that you have to come up with some high level ideas, you can also go with a simple idea if it is suitable and have impact for this society.
He said that before doing any startup, start with a basic Jugadu product, do not waste much time in making it fancy because then you will be stuck in making it fancy and you will not be able to enter the market till late. And also you don't get that much profit, that's why just launch your simple product, go to the customers yourself and tell about your product, because in Entrepreneurship you learn by experiences.
You should also be prepare for ups and downs, because these are the both things where people can't handle such situations. You should be multitasking, if you are starting Your Startup in early age, manage your time effectively, also you need to learn a lot before any startup.
