JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Mantan Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Selatan, yang kini menjabat Kapuspenkum Kejagung, Anang Supriatna, mengaku telah menerbitkan surat eksekusi terhadap terpidana Silfester Matutina saat menjabat Kajari Jakarta Selatan.Anang menjelaskan bahwa dirinya sudah mengeluarkan surat eksekusi kepada Silfester. Namun, saat itu belum bisa dilakukan karena berkas sempat hilang dan adanya pandemi Covid-19.
Saat Covid-19 justru banyak orang dikeluarkan dari tahanan sehingga tidak memungkinkan untuk menahan tersangka, terdakwa, ataupun terpidana.
Diketahui, Silfester merupakan terpidana perkara fitnah kepada Mantan Wakil Presiden, Jusuf Kalla.
