Julio Darwish presenta la segunda parte del explosivo testimonio del comandante Óscar Santa María, quizá el único piloto en el mundo que ha disparado contra un objeto no identificado.Antes de la entrevista, el investigador aeronáutico Alfonso Salazar revela un caso ocurrido en México en 1970:
Un avión DC-8 sintió un golpe brutal en la parte trasera de la aeronave durante el ascenso (fase crítica del vuelo). Al volver al aeropuerto, encontraron el fuselaje hundido, pero no había restos, ni pájaros, ni otra aeronave identificada. La conclusión oficial: “algo desconocido golpeó al avión en vuelo”.
Óscar Santa María cuenta cómo durante una audiencia en Washington (2013), escuchó declaraciones bajo juramento, de congresistas, astronautas, militares y científicos que aseguraron que desde Roswell (1947), EE. UU. habría tenido interacción con seres no humanos vivos y que existen proyectos aeroespaciales desarrollados junto a ellos, como naves tipo UFO, teletransportación, motores de energía punto cero, incluso cura para todas las enfermedades.
Todos estos testimonios fueron presentados con documentos y pruebas frente a un panel oficial.
