Il torrente Marzeno è in piena a Rivalta, nel ravennate, alle ore 12:00 del giorno di Natale con un livello di 4.27 metri, sopra la soglia arancione di 27 cm, in aumento, secondo Emilia Romagna Meteo. La soglia rossa è posta a 5 metri. Si registra un aumento del livello anche in collina, a Modigliana, dove registra un livello di 23 cm sopra la soglia arancione. Il forte maltempo delle ultime ore ha costretto le autorità a predisporre un'evacuazione urgente per i residenti che abitano nelle aree prossime al fiume Senio nel territorio comunale di Castel Bolognese (Ravenna), dove il corso d'acqua, in località Tebano, ha superato la soglia di massima criticità. Il Comune ha invitato le persone raggiunte dalla notifica di evacuazione a recarsi al palasport, predisposto come punto di accoglienza in sicurezza.
