Il sindaco Vito Leccese ci aveva provato, con un'ordinanza che vietava i botti e la musica all'esterno dei locali di Bari per le festività natalizie e per Capodanno. Ma le disposizioni anti-degrado del Comune (previste da mezzogiorno a mezzanotte di 23, 24 e 30 dicembre, e dalle 12 del 31 dicembre alle 5 del mattino del primo gennaio) si sono rivelate un flop: all'esterno di un locale dell'Umbertino, oltre alla musica a tutto volume, è stato anche improvvisato uno schiuma party.
