Politiker Kirill Basin soll die Gruppe provoziert und bedroht haben. Kurz darauf wird die Auseinandersetzung handgreiflich: Als Basin mit einem Liegestuhl auf seinen Kontrahenten einschlägt, setzt dieser sich mit einem Faustschlag zur Wehr und bringt den Politiker zu Boden. Nach der Festnahme von Basin wurde eine Kaution von einer Million Dollar festgesetzt.
