- Pembalut non-organik, organik sekali pakai, tampon (dengan aplikator)
- Pembalut yang dapat digunakan kembali
- Pakaian dalam menstruasi
- Menstrual cup, yang terbuat dari silikon atau karet yang lembut, fleksibel, dan dapat menampung 20-30ml (sekitar dua sendok makan) darah menstruasi.
Mereka kemudian membandingkannya dengan delapan indikator dampak lingkungan untuk mengukur dampak lingkungan yang ditimbulkan dari proses produksi hingga pembuangan.
