Melalui akun Instagram resminya, ia menggunakan rumus probabilitas untuk menganalisis peluang lolos Garuda ke turnamen bergengsi tersebut.
Menurut Stella, peluang Timnas Indonesia lolos ke Piala Dunia 2026 saat ini berada di angka 41,7 persen.
Dalam laga kontra China pada 5 Juni 2025 di Stadion Gelora Bung Karno, peluang Indonesia naik menjadi 50,6 persen jika menang.
Namun jika laga berakhir imbang, peluang turun menjadi 41,8 persen, dan jika kalah, anjlok drastis ke 10,4 persen.
Selain laga Indonesia, Prof. Stella juga menyoroti pertandingan Bahrain vs Arab Saudi yang sangat memengaruhi nasib Garuda.
Jika Bahrain dan Arab Saudi imbang, peluang lolos Indonesia 40,9 persen, namun naik jadi 44,5 persen jika Saudi menang.
Prof. Stella juga mengajak masyarakat Indonesia ikut menyaksikan dan mendoakan kemenangan Arab Saudi.
Menurutnya, dukungan dan doa suporter sangat penting bagi peluang Timnas lolos ke ajang sepak bola tertinggi dunia.
