Sachsens neues Polizeigesetz ist beschlossen – aber der Weg dahin war politisch heikel. Wir besprechen, warum CDU und SPD für dieses zentrale Gesetz auf exakt zugesagte Stimmen des BSW angewiesen waren, welche neuen Befugnisse die Polizei bekommt und warum Grüne und Linke weiter grundsätzliche Kritik üben. Außerdem ordnen wir ein, was diese Abstimmung über die Handlungsfähigkeit der Minderheitsregierung sagt – und warum knappe Mehrheiten im Landtag künftig noch wichtiger werden könnten. Weitere Themen sind der Protest der Kommunen unter dem Motto "Wer bestellt, bezahlt", der Prozess gegen Kultusminister Conrad Clemens, der Streit in der Linken nach dem Faschismus-Vorwurf gegen die CDU und natürlich der mögliche Stellenabbau bei Volkswagen.
