All'uscita del palazzo di giustizia di Brescia, dove i giudici sono in camera di consiglio, l'avvocato Fabio Schembri, che difende i coniugi, ha spiegato che l'intenzione del pool di legali (insieme con Schembri vi sono gli avvocati Nico D'Ascola, Luisa Bordeaux e Patrizia Morello) l'obiettivo è "dimostrare i fatti che abbiamo rappresentato". L'auspicio è che la pronuncia della corte "non sia negativa". Poi, in base a quanto decideranno i giudici, "valuteremo cosa c'è da fare". (Corriere Tv).
