Hampir Sempurna! Standar Pelayanan Minimum MRT Jakarta Capai 99,9 Persen | SAPA PAGI
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - MRT Jakarta mendapat penilaian hampir sempurna atau 99,9 persen terkait Standar Pelayanan Minimum (SPM) oleh Dinas Perhubungan DKI Jakarta, untuk aspek jarak antar kereta atau headway.Hal ini disampaikan Kepala Dinas Perhubungan DKI Jakarta, Syafrin Liputo, dalam kelas Media Fellowship Program MRT Jakarta 2025, di Jakarta, Kamis (9/10/2025).
Syafrin menjelaskan, SPM menjadi acuan utama dalam menjaga mutu layanan transportasi publik, sekaligus bentuk ekspektasi masyarakat terhadap pelayanan umum.
Berdasarkan Peraturan Gubernur Nomor 95 Tahun 2019 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimum MRT dan LRT, terdapat enam aspek utama: keselamatan, keamanan, keandalan, kenyamanan, kemudahan, dan kesetaraan.
