In 2009, the first CrossFit affiliate opened in Korea. Since then, the community has more than tripled from just 100 affiliates in 2021 to 325 today. Korea hosted its first CrossFit Level 1 Seminar in April 2010 and now supports nearly 20 seminars every year. What started as a single affiliate has become a thriving national CrossFit community.In this video, step inside CrossFit XX in Seoul, Korea, where a Level 1 Certificate Course is taking place. Participants are there for different reasons — some to become better coaches, others to simply learn more about CrossFit.
