Firefly Boards is Adobe's AI-powered ideation tool, like an endless sketchbook for exploring ideas. You load the client's own photos as reference images, so every concept stays grounded in real assets. When the client picks one, you recreate it in Photoshop with traditional skills, and everything stays at full resolution because you're using their assets, not the generations.
You'll set up the Generate Image module with Google's Gemini model, three reference images, the Tall aspect ratio, and a 512 resolution that saves generative credits. Then you'll generate poster ideas two ways: from a mood board and from my structured prompt formula. From there, change one element at a time, add a texture overlay, and run FLUX and GPT side by side to compare how each model reads the same prompt.
