Bareskrim Ungkap Total 959 Tersangka Kerusuhan Demo Hingga Penjarahan Agustus Lalu | KOMPAS SIANG
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Bareskrim Polri menyampaikan hasil penanganan pascademo Agustus lalu.Kabareskrim Polri, Komjen Syahardiantono, menyebut polisi telah menetapkan dan menangkap 12 orang tersangka atas penjarahan di rumah Ahmad Sahroni, dan 7 orang tersangka di rumah Eko Patrio.
Selain itu, polisi juga telah menetapkan 11 tersangka penjarahan di rumah Uya Kuya, 14 orang tersangka penjarahan di rumah Sri Mulyani, dan 8 tersangka penjarah di rumah Nafa Urbach.
Dari data yang dihimpun seluruh polda, total tersangka yang ditetapkan sebanyak 959 orang. Sebanyak 295 di antaranya adalah anak.
Sementara itu, tokoh Gerakan Nurani Bangsa menyatakan siap menjadi penjamin bagi para aktivis demonstrasi yang masih ditahan di Polda Metro Jaya.
Ada enam orang yang masih ditahan, termasuk Delpedro Marhaen, admin akun Gejayan Memanggil; Syahdan Husein, mahasiswa Universitas Riau sekaligus admin Aliansi Mahasiswa Penggugat; serta staf Lokataru Foundation, Muzaffar Salim.
Untuk mencegah terulangnya aksi kerusuhan Agustus, Aliansi Mahasiswa Indonesia menggelar deklarasi aksi damai di Tugu Proklamasi, Jakarta Pusat. Mereka menolak keras segala bentuk anarkisme, kekerasan, dan vandalisme. Mereka juga mendorong langkah tegas dari otoritas keamanan dalam menindak perusuh, penjarah, dan pengacau keamanan, termasuk penunggang gelap aksi demonstrasi.
Dalam rangkaian acara deklarasi itu, Aliansi Mahasiswa Indonesia juga menggelar aksi teatrikal serta diskusi refleksi Agustus 2025 untuk menjaga aspirasi damai dan persatuan bangsa.
