Hakim Pengadilan Pajak dan Tim Pokja Bahas Penyatuan Satu Atap ke MA
KOMPAS.TV - Sejumlah hakim Pengadilan Pajak dan Tim Kelompok Kerja (Pokja) Penyatuan Satu Atap Pengadilan Pajak Mahkamah Agung menggelar rapat kerja di kawasan Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat.Rapat ini bertujuan menyusun langkah-langkah penyatuan Pengadilan Pajak dari Kementerian Keuangan ke Mahkamah Agung.
Rapat dihadiri oleh Ketua Muda Tata Usaha Negara Mahkamah Agung, Profesor Yulius, serta Ketua Pokja Penyatuan Satu Atap Pengadilan Pajak, Irfan Fachruddin.
Turut hadir Hakim Agung Kamar Tata Usaha Negara Mahkamah Agung, Yang Mulia Yodi Martono Wahyunandi dan Lulik Tri Cahyaningrum, Dirjen Badilmiltun MA, Panitera Muda pada Kamar TUN, Panitera Pengganti, sejumlah hakim yustisial Mahkamah Agung, serta para hakim Pengadilan Pajak.
Menurut Ketua Muda Tata Usaha Negara Mahkamah Agung, Yulius, rapat ini membahas berbagai persiapan yang diperlukan dalam proses transisi Pengadilan Pajak ke Mahkamah Agung.
Pembahasan dalam rapat meliputi rancangan transisi Pengadilan Pajak secara mendetail, mulai dari aspek administrasi, organisasi, hingga keuangan, yang akan dipindahkan ke dalam Kesekretariatan Mahkamah Agung.
