Delcy Rodríguez, declaraciones sobre fondos soberanos desde Ciudad Tiuna, 17 enero 2026
La Presidenta Encargada de Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, emite declaraciones este 17 de enero de 2026 desde Ciudad Tiuna, Caracas, en jornadas de acompañamiento al pueblo que fue víctima de bombardeos. Explicó Rodríguez que 463 apartamentos fueron impactados por los ataques del 3 de enero, y todos serán reparados. Sobre los fondos soberanos, indicó que el primero de ellos será para la protección social. "Cualquier ingreso derivado de la protección petrolera de gas va para atender el ingreso a los trabajadores, para los programas en salud, educación y vivienda.El segundo fondo soberano será para los servicios públicos e infraestructura: agua, gas, electricidad, vialidad.
Indicó que habrá una plataforma tecnológica que transparente completamente el uso de esos fondos, para equilibrar socialmente desigualdades e inequidades. Estarán al servicio del pueblo cuando empiecen a ingresar los dividendos por la venta del petróleo.
"Iremos informando cuánto hay en el fondo. El pueblo soberano debe saber, y vamos a informar también en qué se va a gastar los fondos soberanos en las áreas que hemos mencionado".
