Il nostro intervento parte da due rotture personali — una esperienza di mobbing lavorativo e il fallimento di una startup — per raccontare cosa significa davvero decidere di tornare al Sud.Attraverso la nascita del Movimento I Ritornati, una community che in un anno ha raccolto oltre 900 persone a Matera, esploriamo un paradosso ancora poco raccontato: tornare non basta.
Il nucleo del nostro messaggio è che tornare al Sud oggi è un atto politico, psicologico e collettivo. E che le comunità di riferimento sono la vera condizione perché una scelta di ritorno diventi duratura. Siamo Michele Vivilecchia e Luca Tamburrino, fondatori della community dei Ritornati. Crediamo nel valore del ritorno come scelta consapevole e come opportunità per contribuire alla crescita dei territori in cui siamo nati. Dopo esperienze di studio e lavoro fuori, abbiamo deciso di rimettere in gioco le nostre competenze per costruire nuove possibilità nelle nostre comunità.
Michele è psicologo specializzato nelle relazioni sociali e lavora su progetti educativi e territoriali orientati al benessere delle persone e alla qualità delle relazioni. Luca si occupa di formazione e sviluppo manageriale, accompagnando professionisti e organizzazioni nei percorsi di crescita e innovazione.
