Mereka di antaranya aktivis HAM Fatia Maulidiyanti, aktivis 98 John Muhammad, pakar hukum tata negara Bivitri Susanti, Koordinator KontraS Dimas Arya Bagus Saputra, Tim Advokasi untuk Demokrasi/TAUD Alif Fauzi, dan peneliti Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) Almas Sjafrina.
Dalam kunjungan tersebut, Bivitri Susanti menyatakan bahwa penetapan tersangka dan penahanan sejumlah aktivis terkait aksi demonstrasi akhir Agustus lalu merupakan bentuk pembungkaman.
Menurutnya, pemerintah tengah menjalankan playbook rezim yang tidak mampu memberi solusi atas persoalan rakyat. Dalam kesempatan itu, ibunda Delpedro Marhaen, Magda Antista menangis dipelukan Bivitri.
Ia mencurahkan isi hatinya kepada Bivitri. Magda menyatakan bahwa sang anak, Delpedro Marhaen, bukan penjahat atau koruptor, melainkan hanya membela rakyat.
