El 20% obligatorio: así la dictadura le quita el dinero a los negocios privados

El influencer y activista cubanoamericano Alex Otaola, presidente de la fundación cubana anticomunista, analiza la nueva “dolarización” impuesta por la dictadura como otro mecanismo de control y saqueo. Otaola deja claro que lo “momentáneo” en el comunismo es permanente y que este reordenamiento no busca salvar la economía, sino exprimir aún más a quienes producen.

Desde su análisis, explica cómo el régimen obliga a los negocios privados a recibir dólares, pero luego los fuerza a venderlos al banco estatal en pesos cubanos, una moneda que, como él mismo afirma, “no existe” y “no significa absolutamente nada”. El Estado se queda con la única moneda válida a nivel internacional.

Otaola ilustra el abuso con un ejemplo concreto: los pequeños negocios que cobran en dólares deberán entregar al menos el 20% de lo recaudado al precio que imponga el banco, muy por debajo del valor real del dólar en la calle. Para él, esto equivale directamente a “robarte el 20% de tu trabajo”.

El mensaje final es claro y sarcástico: mientras algunos promueven invertir en Cuba, la realidad es que el régimen sigue apretando la soga. Otaola se burla tanto de los comunistas como de los crédulos que, una y otra vez, caen en la trampa.
