心理學的然後呢？EP03｜沒照他的期待，就是你有問題？｜別把依附類型當成攻擊的武器
你說「我很累，晚點再談」，他說你是逃避型。你想把事情談清楚，又被說成焦慮型。好像只要沒照他的期待做，你就有問題。我把這種情況叫做「心理學的詞彙暴力」。你開口，他有解釋；你不開口，他也有解釋。到最後，你連說明自己的機會都沒有。有些人學了依附，就好像拿到了另一個人的使用說明書。連本人說「我很累」，都覺得沒有說明書準。
這一集，我想談談，依附類型怎麼變成了攻擊人的武器。對方沒有滿足我們的期待，不等於他有問題。就算你說對了他的依附傾向，然後呢？你提出的要求，他做不做得到？你們答應過的事情，有沒有做到？這些問題，不能被一個名詞帶過。
有些人每次解釋完，都剛好是別人需要改變。原本要討論的是要求合不合理，最後卻變成對方要先處理自己的問題。問題被掉包了。心理學不應該拿來讓我們自圓其說，更不應該成為藉口，讓我們避開眼前真正需要處理的事情。
在親密關係裡談依附，要回來看兩個人怎麼相處。關係是兩個人共構的。你的需要可以說，他的需要，也要有位置。安靜的人不該被急著定型，自稱安全型的人，也要看看別人跟自己相處時，能不能安心說話。
