"MDR Umschau" in der ARD Mediathek: https://www.mdr.de/s/umschauardmediathekDer Bundesgerichtshof hat am Dienstag (16.07.2024) entschieden, dass Sparkassen-Kunden mit Prämiensparverträgen teils nachträglich Zinsen zustehen. Das Gericht hat einen Zinssatz für die Nachberechnung der Zinsen bestätigt. Zuvor hatten sich zahlreiche Sparer mit Prämiensparverträgen bei der Sparkasse an die Verbraucherzentralen gewandt. Diese errechneten, dass ihnen mehr Zinsen zustanden, als sie tatsächlich bekommen hatten. Viele Sparer schlossen sich einer Musterfeststellungsklage an. Auch, weil sie zum Teil nach Erreichen der höchsten Sparstufe eine Kündigung für das Anlageprodukt mit Zinsen und Prämien erhielten. Sie waren enttäuscht, weil sie mit dem Geld ihre Rente aufbessern wollten.
