Der Bundestag hat heute für eine Strafverschärfung beim Einsatz von sogenannten K.-o.-Mitteln gestimmt. Diese werden von Tätern häufig verwendet, um ihre Opfer zu betäuben. Wer die Substanzen für eine Vergewaltigung oder einen Raub einsetzt, soll jetzt mit mindestens fünf Jahren Freiheitsstrafe rechnen müssen. Bisher sah das Strafgesetz ein Mindestmaß von drei Jahren vor. Die Gesetzesänderung ist eine Reaktion auf ein früheres Urteil des Bundesgerichtshofs, laut dem K.-o.-Tropfen nicht als „gefährliche Werkzeuge“ gelten.FAQ:
