600 ml (2 1/2 cawan) susu cair
300 ml (1 1/4 cawan) susu full cream
240 ml (1 cawan) whipping cream
240 ml (1 cawan) susu pekat
50 g (1/4 cawan) gula halus
1 sk esen vanila
1/4 sk garam
Bahan aiskrim coklat malt:
6 sudu besar serbuk coklat malt
2 sudu besar serbuk koko
Serbuk coklat malt secukupnya (untuk efek tabur)
Bahan aiskrim strawberi:
2-3 titis pewarna pink
ATAU Sedikit pes perasa strawberi
150 g buah strawberi potong
Bahan aiskrim oreo:
5-6 keping biskut Oreo atau Cream O

300 ml (1 1/4 cups) full cream milk
240 ml (1 cup) whipping cream
240 ml (1 cup) condensed milk
50 g (1/4 cup) granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp salt
Chocolate malt ice cream ingredients:
6 tbsp chocolate malt powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Enough malt chocolate powder (for sprinkle effect)
Strawberry ice cream ingredients:
2-3 drops pink food coloring
OR A little strawberry flavor paste
150 g chopped strawberries
Oreo ice cream ingredients:
5-6 pieces of Oreo or Cream O biscuits
