JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - Nama Gubernur Sumatera Utara Bobby Nasution disebut-sebut usai Kepala Dinas PUPR Sumatera Utara Topan Obaja Putra Ginting jadi tersangka KPK.
Topan Ginting disebut memiliki hubungan dekat Bobby saat menjabat sebagai Wali Kota Medan.
Dilihat dari Laporan Harta Kekayaan Penyelenggara Negara elektronik (e-LHKPN) Bobby tercatat memiliki harta kekayaan senilai Rp 57.842.306.462 atau Rp 57 miliar.
Adapun rincian harta kekayaan Bobby di antaranya, tanah dan bangunan Rp 40.375.000.000, alat transportasi dan mesin Rp 1.170.000.000, surat berharga Rp 10.500.000.000, kas dan setara kas: Rp 6.747.306.462 serta utang: Rp 950.000.000.
Sebelumnya KPK telah menetapkan lima orang tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi proyek pembangunan jalan di Mandailing Natal, Sumatera Utara.
Para tersangka di antaranya Kadis PUPR Provinsi Sumut Topan Ginting (TOP), Kepala UPTD Gunung Tua Dinas PUPR Provinsi Sumut Rasuli Efendi Siregar (RES), PPK Satker PJN Wilayah I Sumut Heliyanto (HEL), Dirut PT DNG Akhirun Pilang (KIR), dan Direktur PT RN Rayhan Dulasmi Pilang (RAY).
Salah satu tersangka dikenal sebagai orang dekat Gubernur Sumatera Utara Bobby Nasution, yaitu Kadis PUPR Provinsi Sumut Topan Ginting.
