Pada Jumat (29/8/2025) sekitar pukul 20.00 WITA, dimulai rapat paripurna membahas anggaran perubahan.
Baru saja rapat dimulai, tiba-tiba terdengar suara gemuruh dan juga teriakan dari luar gedung.
Hingga akhirnya rapat diskors, menanggapi kejadian tersebut.
Muhajir mengatakan, awalnya pihaknya mengira bahwa demo tersebut adalah demo biasa.
Seusai mendengar suara gemuruh dan teriakan massa, seluruh anggota dewan dan tamu yang mengikuti rapat segera dievakuasi melalui pintu belakang.
Muhajir mengaku, dirinya juga turut menjadi korban di mana mobil dinasnya juga dibakar massa.
Ia mengaku masih trauma hingga saat ini untuk menuju ke ruang kerjanya di lantai dua gedung.
