Demonstrasi kembali mencuat setelah Hamas merilis sebuah video yang memperlihatkan beberapa jenazah sandera Israel yang telah membusuk.
Mengutip dari Al Arabiya, identitas para jenazah masih dirahasiakan oleh Hamas, para analis di Tel Aviv meyakini jenazah dalam video merupakan jasad warga sipil Palestina yang tewas dalam genosida Israel di Gaza.
Imbas unggahan video itu kini warga Israel dilanda keresahan, terlebih pekan lalu pasukan militer mengklaim menemukan jasad tiga sandera dalam operasi semalam di Jabalia di Jalur Gaza utara.
Alasan itu yang mendorong ribuan warga menggelar unjuk rasa di Tel Aviv untuk menuntut pemerintah mengambil tindakan terhadap sandera yang ditawan Hamas.
Dikutip dari Tribun News, warga juga menuntut pengunduran diri Netanyahu dari jabatan perdana Menteri.
Mereka menilai Netanyahu dan pemerintah sayap kanan telah gagal menjalankan tugas karena tak bisa merampungkan gencatan senjata.
Imbas masalah ini popularitas Netanyahu di Israel mulai memudar, bahkan nama Benjamin Netanyahu kalah saing dengan mantan menteri pertahanan Benny Gantz. (Tribun-Video.com/RisaAsmarani)
