Dipendiamo dalla Cina per oltre l'80% di molte materie prime critiche. Per alcune terre rare la dipendenza e' del 90%. Abbiamo fatto molto. Ma non siamo gli unici che cercano di diversificare. Dobbiamo con urgenza procurarci e accumulare riserve. Nessun Paese può fare questo da solo. Quindi dobbiamo pensare in modo diverso". Lo ha detto la Presidente della Commissione europea Ursula von der Leyen al discorso sullo Stato dell'Unione in Plenaria a Strasburgo.Ebs
