Sul #Donbass si sono finora arenati i negoziati sull’Ucraina. #Mosca lo rivendica come territorio russo, Kiev smentisce l’ipotesi di una zona cuscinetto, mentre l’ambasciatore ucraino a Roma, Ihor Brusylo, avverte che cedere la regione esporrebbe l’Europa a un attacco russo nel giro di due o tre anni. In questo scenario Giorgio Bianchi, a Un Giorno Speciale, offre una lettura diversa dell’iniziativa di #trump.

Una scappatoia per Mosca

“Questa è una narrazione, questa è una favola, la storia è un’altra.” È il giudizio di #Bianchi sull’idea di un presidente americano sedotto da Putin e pronto a esaudirne i desideri. Il quadro, sostiene, è ribaltato: “Quello che sta facendo Trump non è fare un favore ai russi, sta offrendo a Putin un exit strategy da quella che si profila essere una clamorosa sconfitta strategica sul campo di battaglia dei russi.” Un congelamento del fronte sul modello coreano significherebbe “una parte ai russi, una parte all’Europa, alla NATO, e una parte cuscinetto tra questi due ambienti.” Per Mosca, aggiunge, “qualsiasi condizione minore è una sconfitta strategica per i russi” rispetto a un’Ucraina neutrale come prima del 2014.

Dalla rana bollita alla ricostruzione

“All’Europa è stata fatta fare la rana bollita. Prima mandiamo armi non letali, poi mandiamo le armi letali.” Bianchi legge così l’escalation degli ultimi anni, ricordando che “ucraini e russi, che erano i soggetti interessati, erano già divenuti a un accordo che era l’accordo di Istanbul.” Quanto all’esito possibile, parla di un Paese spartito: “Il 75% se lo prende gli Stati Uniti d’America, con già in tasca un contratto di sfruttamento del sottosuolo.” E conclude: “All’Europa verrà accollata la ricostruzione dell’Ucraina, perché la pagheremo noi tutta dall’inizio alla fine.”
