Salah satu senjata yang digunakan Kamboja dalam operasi militer ini ialah BM-21 Grad.

Militer Thailand menyebut, Kamboja menggunakan BM-21 Grad untuk menggempur sejumlah wilayah di Bangkok.
Diketahui, BM-21 Grad adalah sistem roket artileri buatan Rusia.
Sistem ini memiliki daya tembak masih dan dapat menghancurkan area luas dalam waktu singkat.
Sistem ini dipasang di atas truk militer 6x6 dan terdiri dari 40 tabung peluncur kaliber 122 mm.
Seluruh roket dapat diluncurkan dalam waktu kurang dari 20 detik.
Pada hari Minggu kemarin, militer Kamboja dilaporkan menargetkan sejumlah wilayah Thailand dengan senjata tersebut.
Mayor Jenderal Winthai Suvaree, juru bicara Angkatan Darat Kerajaan Thailand buka suara.
Ia menyebut, roket mendarat di luar zona operasi militer di Provinsi Surin.
Wilayah sipil, termasuk rumah, fasilitas medis, dan pusat-pusat komunitas dilaporkan terkena serangan.
