Selanjutnya menembaki sebuah bangunan di daerah tersebut.
Menurut penyelidikan, bangunan tersebut berada di luar batas yang ditentukan pasukan tank.
Beberapa tentara Israel yang berada di dalam gedung terkena tembakan dan tewas.
Saat ini, militer Israel tengah menyelidiki lebih lanjut perilaku tentara tersebut.
Sebanyak 263 tentara Israel ewas di Jalur Gaza selama serangan darat Israel terhadap Hamas.
43 orangdi antaranya tewas akibat tembakan teman dan kecelakaan lainnya.
