Gubernur Papua Tengah Meki Nawipa Apresiasi Siswi Sulap Biji Pinang jadi Jamu untuk Diabetes
TANGERANG, KOMPASTV Seorang pelajar yang berasal dari Provinsi Papua Selatan berhasil menyulap biji buah pinang menjadi jamu untuk menyembuhkan penyakit diabetes."Setelah kita jurnal, artikel , kita fokus ke penyakit diabetes, angkanya tinggi di Indonesia dan Indonesia Timur, kami cari solusi apa yang bisa kita lakukan. Ada satu jurnal yang mengatakan dan penelitian, biji buah pinang punya potensi mengurangi kadar gula darah. kami ingin melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut," kata Siswi Kelas 12 Maria Helena Gesaur.
Gubernur Papua Tengah Meki Nawipa yang datang langsung untuk melihat sangat mengapresiasi hasil penelitian dari Maria Helena.
"Selama ini kita tahu orang-orang Indonesia Timur itu masih belum, hanya jadi pelengkap di negara ini. Ini memberikan kepercayaan kita orang-orang Indonesia Timur akan jadi pengisi pembangunan wilayah," kata Gubernur Papua Tengah Meki Nawipa.
Sebelumnya penemuan inspiratif ini bermula ketika Maria dan dua rekan sekelasnya menemukan data soal tingginya angka penyakit diabetes khususnya di Indonesia Timur.
