CIREBON, KOMPAS.TV - Kuasa hukum Pegi Setiawan, Toni RM membeberkan kronologi foto yang ditunjukkan Divisi Humas Mabes Polri Irjen Pol Sandi Nugroho dalam acara Satu Meja The Forum Kompas TV.Toni menuturkan beberapa hari setelah penggeledahan di tanggal 30 Agustus 2016 seorang anggota Polri mendatangi ibunda Pegi untuk meminta foto Pegi.
"Kurang lebih satu minggu ada anggota polisi, ini menurut ibunda Pegi, ada anggota polisi orang situ juga namanya Pak Budi. Pak Budi itu datang ke rumah Pegi dan menanyakan kepada ibunda Pegi," ujar Toni di Cirebon, Sabtu (22/6/2024).
Toni mengaku heran karena selama pencarian DPO foto Pegi tidak pernah ditunjukkan kepada publik.
"Kalau dari dulu foto ini yang dicari sesuai dengan statement Kadiv Humas bahwa foto ini yang dicari kenapa nggak dilampirkan di DPO," ujar Toni.
