[FULL] Soetikno Soedarjo Dituntut 6 Tahun Bui Kasus Korupsi Pesawat Garuda
Pendiri sekaligus mantan Direktur Utama PT Mugi Rekso Abadi, Soetikno Soedarjo dituntut pidana selama 6 tahun penjara dan denda Rp1 miliar subsider 6 bulan kurungan.Soetikno sendiri diyakini bersalah setelah melakukan tindak pidana korupsi dari pengadaan pesawat CRJ-1000 dan ATR 72-600 di PT Garuda Indonesia.
Tuntutan dilayangkan oleh Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) pada Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) saat membacakan surat tuntutan Satar di Pengadilan Tindah Pidana Korupdi (Tipikor) pada Pengadilan Negeri, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (27/6/2024).
"Menjatuhkan pidana terhadap Terdakwa Soetikno Soedarjo berupa pidana penjara selama 6 tahun dikurangi selama terdakwa berada dalam tahanan dengan perintah agar terdakwa tetap ditahan di rutan. Menjatuhkan pidana denda terhadap Terdakwa Soetikno Soedarjo sebesar Rp1 miliar dengan ketentuan apabila denda tersebut tidak dibayar maka diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama 6 bulan," terang JPU saat bacakan surat tuntutan.
