▷ AIUTA L'INFORMAZIONE LIBERA, SOSTIENICI: https://donazioni.radioradio.it/Il 10 dicembre 2025, a New Delhi, il Comitato Intergovernativo dell'UNESCO ha iscritto "La cucina italiana tra sostenibilità e diversità bioculturale" nella Lista Rappresentativa del Patrimonio Culturale Immateriale dell'Umanità. Si tratta di un riconoscimento storico: per la prima volta, una tradizione culinaria nazionale viene premiata nella sua interezza, non limitata a singoli piatti o tecniche. La candidatura, lanciata nel 2023 dai Ministeri dell'Agricoltura e della Cultura, sottolinea come la cucina italiana non sia solo un insieme di ricette, ma un complesso sistema culturale. Dalla pasta fresca al vino, dal pane artigianale ai formaggi, ogni elemento riflette una biodiversità unica, radicata nelle diverse regioni italiane, ma che non impedisce l'esistenza di un'identità italiana vera e propria. E' ciò che spiega Diego Fusaro in diretta ai nostri microfoni.
